Commission Structure: You earn $15–$25 per referred subscriber who completes their second month of payment at $99. Annual plan referrals earn double the monthly rate. Commission tiers increase with lifetime conversions: Standard ($15), Silver ($20 at 25+ conversions), Gold ($25 at 75+ conversions).
Payout: Minimum $50 threshold. Payouts processed monthly on the 15th via PayPal or direct deposit. US creators must provide W-9; international creators W-8BEN.
FTC Compliance: You must disclose your affiliate relationship in all content about FinancialAIguru. Posts with referral links must include #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate. Video content requires verbal disclosure within 30 seconds.
Prohibited Practices: No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or false financial promises. No implying guaranteed returns or income.
Financial Disclaimer: All content about trading tools must include: "Not financial advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results."
Account: Your free account remains active as long as you log in at least once per 90 days or generate 1+ referral per 6 months. Violations of these terms may result in removal from the program.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid in the next payout cycle.
