Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing and cancellations work for FinancialAIguru LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial period:

You will not be charged for access to the platform
You have full access to the platform during the trial period
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal:

Cancel here: /api/portal — this link takes you directly to your Stripe customer portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You retain full access until your billing period expires
No action is needed beyond clicking "Cancel" in the portal

3. Cancellation Policy — Monthly Plans

For monthly subscriptions ($99/month):

No cash credits are issued for partially used billing periods
Once a monthly billing cycle begins and payment is processed, that month is considered used
You may cancel at any time, but your access continues through the end of the paid period

4. Cancellation Policy — Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions ($999/year):

No cash credits are issued for partially used billing periods
Like the monthly plan, your access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation
No partial-period credits are issued unless required by law or expressly approved in writing

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern or believe you were charged in error:

Contact us first: helpbot@financialaiguru.com — we respond within 24 hours and will work to resolve any billing issue promptly.

Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company
We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated
Fraudulent chargebacks (where the service was used as intended) may result in permanent account termination
