These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinancialAIguru platform ("Service"), operated by FinancialAIguru LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

FinancialAIguru is an AI-powered financial analysis platform that provides tools for market data visualization, portfolio analysis, stock research, guided workflows, and educational resources. The platform includes full access to its primary product lanes through a paid subscription.

2. Not Investment Advice

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• Investment advice, financial advice, or trading advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument
• A solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any security
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice

FinancialAIguru LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All analytical outputs, summaries, signals, predictions, and recommendations produced by the Service are generated entirely by artificial intelligence models. Specifically:

• AI outputs are not reviewed by human analysts before being displayed to you
• AI models can and do produce incorrect, misleading, or hallucinated information
• AI-generated analysis should never be the sole basis for any financial decision
• The quality and accuracy of AI outputs may vary and are not guaranteed

You acknowledge and accept that you use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk.

4. Data Accuracy

Market data, financial data, and other information displayed on the platform is sourced from third-party data providers. While we strive to use reliable sources, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data.

• Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
• Financial statements, ratios, and metrics are provided as-is from third-party sources
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in data from our providers
• You should independently verify any data before relying on it for financial decisions

5. Subscription Terms

Plans and Pricing

• Monthly Plan: $99 per month, billed monthly after the free trial
• Annual Plan: $999 per year, billed annually (save 16%)

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin and your payment method will be charged.

Billing and Cancellation

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Charges are not prorated for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data, content, or analysis from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and proprietary technology on the FinancialAIguru platform are owned by or licensed to FinancialAIguru LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FinancialAIguru LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information or analysis provided by the Service
• We shall not be liable for any trading losses, investment losses, or financial losses of any kind
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinancialAIguru LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abuse of the platform or its resources

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
