- Payment information — processed and stored exclusively by Stripe; we never see or store your credit card details

- Session cookies — a single

What we do NOT collect: We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, IP addresses (for tracking), browsing history, or any data beyond what is listed above. We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

We do not share your email address or personal information with our financial data providers. Market data queries are made server-side without any user identification.
4. Cookies
We use a single cookie:

This cookie is strictly essential for the Service to function. It cannot be used to track you across other websites. We do not use any advertising, analytics, or third-party cookies.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is completely cookieless and does not set any cookies on your device.
5. Data Retention
- Session data: Stored in Cloudflare KV for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Email address: Retained as long as your account is active. Deleted upon request after account cancellation
- Payment records: Retained by Stripe per their data retention policy and applicable financial regulations
- Cached market data: Stored temporarily in Cloudflare KV with TTLs ranging from 5 minutes to 24 hours, containing no personal information
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data:
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Session cookies are signed with HMAC and set with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite attributes
- Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
- No passwords are stored in plaintext
- Server-side infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's globally distributed edge network
7. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data
- Export — Request your data in a portable format

8. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

- Data transfers: Your data is processed on Cloudflare's global network, which includes servers in the EU. Cloudflare maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers
Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (your subscription agreement) and legitimate interest (operating and securing the Service).
9. CCPA Compliance (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected
- Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal information
- Right to opt-out of sale: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. There is nothing to opt out of
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights
We do not sell personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
