If a creator mentions FinancialAIguru, receives free access, or uses a referral link, the relationship must be disclosed clearly. Keep the disclosure close to the endorsement and use plain language.

Rules of thumb

Put the disclosure where a user can see it without hunting for it.
Use plain English, not legal filler.
Keep the disclosure aligned with the actual relationship in the post or video.
If the post is promotional, disclose it before or alongside the promotional claim.
